The website clearly said available at physical stores only and not online

Please try again later.Well for starters Best buy had previously stated that the ones in store would be sold on a 1st come basis to those that showed up today and since they did presales last month for online the online ones were already sold out meaning that only if stores had some left over would those be available online through their buy online pick up in store option. I suspect they automate the system. The system is set up to locate ones you might be able to purchase in store since you can technically buy online and pick up in store but since Best buy got limited quantities per store and the were giving out tickets to purchase it at 7am for those who showed up once they confirmed purchase of those with the tickets then they were officially sold out. Since the stores that had stock were sold out then they couldn't offer the units they had online. Since Best buy had their online presales last month all the non store stock was already sold out. None at HQ and non in store so non avail to buy online
