When Best Buy gets its next shipment from Nintendo is when it will be in stock. A definite date can't be set as shipments come as long as Nintendo send them. There won't be a preorder list since preorders would apply to an item that debuts, which would be 29 September 2017. Preorders started on 22 August 2017. That date has now passed and all items sold after a launch date no longer falls under a preorder window. It would then be based on stock availability. When the item becomes available for sale on Best Buy is when you can place a new order. Hope this helps.
