A:Answer In my personal opinion, the "SNES Classic" should have not been made available for Pre-Order online. The problem is, Scalpers use bots and mostly only Scalpers will be able to buy the Online Pre-Order Inventory. Everyone else will be left out in the cold. If Nintendo wanted to give everyone a true fair chance, then they should make it mandatory for all systems to be sold in-store at retailers only and completely inhibit online sales of this product. That way, Retailers could enforce one system per customer and eliminate a Scalper's method of buying up all inventory with Bots online. Of course Scalpers will arrive in person with the rest of us to buy these systems (...and they may still employ shady tactics with friends who work at said retailers to allow them an advantage over others to secure their own systems), but at least they would have to physically go to each store and be limited to one system per transaction. I call the Corporate Office of said Retailer and that allowed me the ability to secure my NES Classic when they became available again. That would seriously cut down on the scalping.
