How well does this product work in the rain? null

Scooter is not water proof so I do not recommend riding it in the rain or riding through puddles.

I have not tried to ride the scooter in the rain because customer service said the water could damage the scooter components. I have ridden it on wet sidewalks and it did well. I didn't feel like the tires were losing traction. It seemed safe to me.
