Really enjoyed riding this electric scooter. After careful comparisons with almost all electric scooters on the market, I found this one to be best in value for money. Pros : Light weight, Fast Charge [ 1.5 hours for full charge ] , LED headlight, upto 20 kmph speeds Cons : 4 miles of range, Suspension not so great, wheel base could have been wider for better balance Would love to see improved version of this model from Swagatron. Cheers !!

After one month of use the scooter cracked making it impossible to use. Possible the problem was with the materials. Now going through the customer-manufacturer return process.

This scooter is great its fast even on hills. Charges quick and it is light. Range really varies 15 miles is its claim. Well we have 2 and neither get half that. Other then that it is what they claim.

I got this for my kid but she didn't want it. I didn't want to take it back cuz it looked cool and I thought she may want it later. Instead I bought her a bike and kept the scooter for me. I zip around with it all the time. I think its easy to use, sturdy, holds my extra weight, and is fun to use. Has great speed, folds up, and stays charged for long periods. I'm keeping it!

I was pretty excited to purchase the scooter based on the features advertised. I yave yet to reach anywhere close to 15 miles even in flatland, the furthest distance i reached was about 9 miles which still is good but not the 15 thought. It is light weight so maybe my 170 lbs slowed it down. The only other issue is that the back tire warped and has a wobble. I think cause the back foot break may not have been applied evenly as and ate up half of the wheel. So now it sounds like that shopping cart that clunks along through the store. So ive been trying to even it out . Overall its a good scooter . I just wouldnt get it from best buy but thats on a whole other forum.

This scooter is lightweight and folds up so it's very easy for me (a female) to carry on the train. I can wheel it though Union Station and set it up quickly once outside. The light is bright enough for bicyclists and pedestrians to see me on the sidewalk so I feel safe. It's so much fun to ride on my way to/from the office each day; I smile all the way. Swagtron customer service has been very timely and responsive each time my husband has emailed or called with a question. I highly recommend this scooter.

I really enjoy the scooter and its features. I'm 220+lb and I was impressed how it was able to support me. The rubber tires makes it easier to go over small bumps and rocks on the streets. Runs smooth and easy to control. All while it weighs 15 pounds is impressive. The only issue is the battery. It says it can ride 15miles with one charge but with my experience it barely lasted 15 minutes. Fully charged and ready to go but after riding in full speed (went up to 17mph) battery started dropping after 5 minutes of use. Can't go uphill, kills battery faster. Fully charges in 1.5 hours. Folds and can take anywhere but its large and gets in the way of traveling with it in hand. 3/5

I've had this scooter for about 2 weeks. At first I loved but but the more I rode it the more I didn't like it. Good- It's fun to use, goes pretty fast and takes no time at all to do a full charge. Also let's me cruise up and down the streets without using the car. Very light and portable. Bad. It rattles quite a bit and is pretty noisy. It says it has a front suspension but it sure doesn't feel like. I would hold out for a different

I am not one who is into scooters but my friend encouraged me to get this because she said it's fun. Charging it the first time didn't take long as it still has 3 bars (out of 6 bars when fully charged) battery life out of the box. It weighs as it says on the box, it's actually lighter than the hover boards I believe. The instructions are pretty easy to follow, it is pre-assembled so all you need to do is attach the handles. On full charge, I went 2.5 miles distance from home, going uphill and downhill trying all the speeds on the scooter, and was amazed that I still have 5 bars on it. It goes to show that it can go as far as it says on the box, ~15miles depending on the speed you're going and your weight of course. I am happy with this purchase. I will definitely recommend it.

Got this to replace a old Razor electric scooter that broke for my son to ride around when he didn’t want to ride his bike. Surprisingly fast and powerful for something like this. I like the adjustable functions that controls how it operates & really like the very bright headlight for safer night riding. Very light weight too compared to some other electric scooters which makes it easier to carry if needed.

I have both a Jetson beam and the Swagger. Similar in performance, but the swagger is half the weight. A bit bumpy, but overall a joy to ride. Quick and quiet. although, it feels unstable at first, even for a seasoned rider. You get past that quickly. RECOMMENDED!

I rented an electric scooter in DC and decided that it was a great way to get around. However, this Swagtron was not a capable option. Motor was under powered, with sluggish acceleration and incapable of make it up slight inclines. The hard rubber tires (not air filled) made for a punishing ride over even the smallest bumps. On the positive side, it was compact when folded and very light. It might be fun for kids riding in the driveway, but not for adult local transportation.

This scooter is awesome. I bought it to get to class faster. Those long distances cross the campus are no joke. The convenience of it most of all is that i can fold it to store it underneath my seat while in class. Speed is just right for me because of my purpose. It is fast enough for me to get from one destination to another. I am definitely enjoying my new toy.

4 stars because I wish the tires were a little bit thicker and it is not really light weight (but lighter compared to others). Compared to other scooter, this is more affordable and compact. The battery lasts ok depending on the terrain, I live in NYC so our roads are not the best.
