How do you focus these camera’s, I can’t even read the license plate on my car that is 5 feet from the camera? null

Go into the settings and mess with them. Also might have to do with what type of monitor or tv you are using. I have mine hooked up to a Samsung 65” and I bought a better hdmi cable and it’s super clear

Thank you for reaching out to us. The lens on these cameras are fixed and can not be manually focused. Subjects in such close range should be capable of showing a good image for reviewing licence plates. Are you reviewing the main stream or sub stream? Does this occur when you are remotely accessing your unit? Or does this occur directly to a monitor?
