yes. if the system can be installed, then the system can be removed. But similarly to the way landlords make you patch holes in the wall where you hung pictures, you will be expected to do the same on any indoor to outdoor holes through walls / ceilings according to most all rental agreements. and you may want to look at your lease to see if there is a clause forbidding you to do work on the place without written permission from the landlord. Get the landlord's written permission first if so.
