Hi Bugs. Sorry, I am not entirely sure what you are meaning, is there condensation from moisture inside the lens that is causing a cloudy image? If so, please raise a warranty request with Swann and we can replace your faulty camera for you. https://support.swann.com/hc/en-us -SD, Swann Team.
