Hi Paradise. The cameras have been tested in & can survive temperatures as low as -22°F however the performance will be affected by such extreme cold. The battery life will be shorter than normal and the solar panels will also not provide a charge to the battery when it's colder than 32°F for safety reasons. If you are looking to put a camera somewhere where it will regularly experience cold temperatures like you get in Wyoming, I would recommend a camera that is permanently powered instead. A powered NVR camera system will be a better option for cold temperatures as they stay warmer inside the camera and you will not need to worry about charging them.. -SD, Swann Team
