1- It comes with everything just like the Original switch. Only differences is the colors that make the console special to have a high demand to sell and sold out quick. 
2- You'll get the Animal Crossing 32GB Console, Switch dock, Joy-Con (L) and Joy-Con (R), Joy-Con wrist straps, Joy-Con Grip, and the wall charging C cable.
3- The Nintendo Joy-Con Grip is the original black, and the charging c cable is always black like it always has been, and what's on the box image sums up what the colors are.
