No Fortnite is actually a free game. Anything you "buy" of fortnite is essentially in game costumes and dances the character does in the game. The bundles are basically costume packs and in-game money to buy more.

(It's free to do as well however you will need 3 email accounts, 3 usernames (let them help pick out their name as it will be what they go by in game with others), and 3 different passwords for the email accounts and epic accounts)
