“I have a sdvd 1037 dual dvd player by Sylvania. I cannot get the 2nd dvd to make any sound. I have the av cord plugged in but no sound. Any ideas? The picture shows but not sound. Please help.”

We had a to keep rearranging the cords to make the sound work. It took a lot of effort to do so. But I was probably doing it wrong. Eventually they both worked.
