Hi, if you have made a backup, all the methods, including iCloud, iTunes, Joyoshare iPasscode Unlocker, or other erasing methods, are able to unlock your disabled iPad without deleting your data. Alternatively, if your iPad has been trusted by iTunes, you could directly connect iPad to your PC and click on Back Up Now to back up your information. This will also keep your previous photos and videos well.

If you backed up your data via a computer or the iCloud before the iPad was disabled, then you should be able to restore the data. We may be able to help get your iPad up and running. Please visit www.geeksquad.com/schedule to set up a free consultation at your local Best Buy.
