• No. It can only record the channels that it receives. OTA and streaming.

• It has it's own limited internet channels you can record. I don't know about Spectrum or Xumo

• It won’t record Spectrum and Xumo programming, if that’s what you mean. It will record only the OTA broadcast programming.

• Sorry not sure. I was using it for ota. It did connect to my onn and tcl tv. Needs work. Watching wasn't user friendly.
