The only way I've found to see what the streaming channels are is to go to the 'Live' tab and look at the grid.  I've had very little luck finding out about some of those streaming channels so I can find out more about the shows they offer.

To be honest, we've pretty much ignored them.  Nice to have them there, but we haven't spotted anything we're interested in (yet).

There are some "internet only " channels available on the TABLO guide . But they are pretty much what's available for free on Pluto , PLEX and even the SLING APP for free. I have not recorded any channels on my TABLO as yet . But I am sure the internet channels will record just as the OTA channels
