Hello, Our 4th Generation Tablo does have an internal TV amplifier; however, we can't guarantee how much that will improve your connection. Check out our knowledge base, we have an article on how to determine the best TV antenna for your location.

It does have an amplifier, but the positioning of your antenna is the key to getting a good signal so it does not improve your signal.
