The Targus APA90US power supply OUTPUT is 19.5 V (DC) @ 4.62A (amperage). Multiplying the volts times the amps (V x A = W) gives you the 90 Watts rating. If your question meant "voltage ranges" for the INPUT (AC supply or "mains" overseas), then it is 100-240 V (auto-switching power supply) @ 2.5A maximum current draw. It can handle 50-60 Hz (commonly called "60 cycles current" in the US, and "50 Hertz" in Europe & most of Eastern Hemisphere), and of course a wall-plug adapter would be needed, if traveling or using it abroad.
