“Does this case have protective padding for a MacBook Pro? Too many of these bags have no protective padding.”

It has very light padding. I also have a hard shell case around my computer, so computer seems to be OK in this bag.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know about the MacBooks, sorry. However, it has some padding and withstands normal everyday use. I would NOT use it for checked baggage though. The padding covers normal use, not rough airport type of abuse. I hope that helps! I used it for a Samsung tablet and a HP Spectre together and had no issues. I even dropped it a few times.
