• A:Answer Did not fit my acer e5-575g. One the plugs would charge it if you held it in place however just left to rest in place it would pop out and not finish charging. The next size tip up was a much better fit however it wouldn't charge the comp.

• A:Answer It didn't work for my Lenovo, which admittedly is a high power laptop. (only charged when laptop was off). Once you buy the package, there is an 800 number on the package you can call to see if it will work with your computer. I had to buy this online, picked up in the parking lot. It would have been nice to know about the 800 number beforehand. You might be able to find the 800 number if someone at the store could read it off the package to you.
