Not sure and I am no expert but from what I understand the reason this Targus plug works is if you can get the specs for her Thinkpad power requirements and the plugs sold with this unit work it could be a match....but without understanding if your Think pad complies with the power available on this power supply (go online) then I wouldn't buy it.

That's Square connector is very common. If you need the little tiny connector same deal. The only thing you have to worry about is the wattage meet the minimum standard for the laptop if you get a 90 watt Universal from any source and its operational it will function on pretty much anything except for some of the high-powered laptops
