“The remote has partially stopped working. The remote will not turn the TV on and off nor will it control the volume. The rest of the buttons/commands work fine. Has anyone experienced this?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Haven't experienced this issue, but assuming no damage has occurred to the remote (droppage or spillage), I would put in fresh batteries (fingers crossed).
