“I currently have a Roku unit added to my tv. I’m considering this with the built in. Another comment says use as regular tv, or internet. What does that mean? Is there still access to Roku if used as regular tv? Or just internet? What if internet is Out?”

If you don't currently have internet access you can still receive all of the regular tv channels through an antenna.

This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). Additionally, this TV has various inputs that can be used to connect external devices. If the Internet is down, you would not be able to use the smart features like streaming, but you would be able to use your connected devices as long as they work without Internet. Hope this helps!
