• No, however I feel the need to clarify your question. There isn't a DVR function with this TV; it has what's called "Live TV Pause" and it only functions on your antenna (Co-ax) input (no HDMI, etc). You do not need any specific provider to obtain this feature; it's built-in to the TV.
