The internal speakers are located towards the bottom middle of the TV. Our TCL Roku TVs do not currently support Bluetooth. However, you can download the free Roku app on your smart phone or tablet to use voice search, voice control, and experience private listening. To enjoy private listening you simply click private listening in the app, and attach headphones to your smart phone or tablet. Or you can use the 3.5 mm headphone jack in the back of the TV to connect standard headphones. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The speakers are on the back, bottom. I also use hearing aids, and the volume is more than adequate. This TV has quite a few sound settings allowing the user to tailor the sound to their needs. Regarding the pairing capability, if the SENDING UNIT of the pairing device is wired, it can connect to the TV via a headphone jack on the TV, and then transmit to your hearing aids. If the pairing unit only connects to TVs, etc. wirelessly or Bluetooth, it can't do it.
