For over the air antenna channels, you would use the arrow buttons to navigate the channels. Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers for OTA. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most-watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. For a cable box, you would use your cable box remote. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The remote can do the basics like channel/volume. It also can open the options in a sidebar, allowing you to select and use/adjust all the functions using the TV's menu. You can also download the Roku app on your phone to act as a remote.
