Unplug it and plug it back in. I had similar issue and it went away after unplugging it. I also added a sound bar. My daughter has the 6 series also and had same issue. If that doesn't help contact TCL. I haven't had issues since I unplugged. Not sure what that did. I also had reinstalled the app. Was weird it would happen with certain shows on same app but not all on that app.
