For internet you would need an Ethernet cable plugged into the TV that is ran through your house back to the modem or router or have a strong WiFi signal. If concerned about WiFi signal, you can by range extenders or also power line adapters that you can plug into receptacles which can extend WiFi. They sell them all here at Best Buy. Model: TLPA4010KIT is around $40.
