Can I connect an Amazon Firestick to the TCL 55R635 ? null

You don't need the fire stick because this TV has Roku built in. It accomplishes the same thing but better because it generates numerous free channels when you connect and do the initial channel search. The fire stick does not do this and would be redundant to add to the TV.
