It may greatly depend on what continent you purchased the TV .... Alot of Electrical appliances DO HAVE a 120v/240v switch typically located nearest the power supply... However I DO NOT have one on my 2020 TCL 55" MODEL 635... there may be one internal. But as soon as you take any panels off your set you will void the warranty.... Much safer and easier to look for an adapter they are out there. The great staff at Best Buy can probably point you in the right direction. Good luck✌️
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also checked the specs on my NA model.... You should be fine at 60 or 50hz for use in Australia.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My TCL has a region selector switch.... As I am a licensed electrician I notice these types of things. I would imagine if you purchased it in Australia then you definitely should have no concerns. Hope that helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This TCL Roku TV is designed and engineered to be used within the US. As such, it supports 120V/60Hz. Additionally, if taken to a different region, there may be limitations on available content and supported software. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
