“Can the shortcut buttons be programmed or are they locked?”

• Yes, however it only allows you to add channels where there would be a link on the Home Screen or have a sleep timer and not like the Pro version of Roku remote where you can add 2 customized shortcuts, rechargeable battery and headphone jack on the Pro Roku remote.

• The buttons located on the lower portion of the TCL Roku Remote are our partner buttons. They are designated at a factory level with some variation, and cannot be reprogrammed. They are intended to be shortcut buttons to select streaming channels. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
