QuestionI’ve read reviews that adding a sound bar with the optical audio port can have issues with sound delay. I wanted to add a sonos sound bar to this tv. Is this something that can happen?

- Answer I bought this TV a week ago, and was experiencing the exact problem you described (I have the sound passing through a Sony Amp via optical). It appears that selecting multiple audio outputs was the problem. I had Dolby Digital and DTS checked, and the issues appear to have been corrected by selecting only Dolby Digital. If this doesn't work, you can just choose PCM stereo. Not sure if there's a noticeable difference between stereo and 5.1 with just a sound bar.

- Answer Currently, our Roku based TVs do not support Bluetooth. If you are trying to connect a sound bar or speakers you can use the Optical port, or the HDMI ARC port. For Headphones, there is a Headphone jack on the back of the TV, or you can download the Free Roku app for private listening. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

- Answer Our TVs are compatible with most Universal and cable remotes. Many Universal and cable box remotes can be programmed to control select features on the TV. You can visit https://support.tcl.com/us-remote-codes for more information. If you do not see your specific remote, you would need to contact the remote's manufacturer to obtain the remote code from them. - Answer Great viewing angle I believe 178 degrees is where you'd have trouble BEYOND that but in a normal sized square/rectangle room I don't see that being an issue.

- Answer Hey Larry it the PS5 looks great on this tv. I hooked up my PS5 few days ago it looks amazing and plays great. I've also been 4k hdr gaming for years on my PC and I prefer the 6 series to my more expensive gaming monitor. The picture quality is crisp, super bright and some crazy deep blacks. Honestly the ps5 is more lacking compared to the tv. The ps5 doesn't support dolby atmos or dolby vision, so I only use the ps5 for gaming and stream exclusively on the built in roku. I also totally agree with 4k 60fps by the way.

QuestionHow tight should the wall mounting bolts be secured to the back of the TV? What's the torque specification (lb-in/ N-m)?

- Answer Obviously the first responder has a very limited grasp of torque specifications (even though the question pointed him/her to a correct answer). Instead of responding with the correct units, a force (pounds) was specified. If ft-lb was the intent it should've been so-stated. If in-lb was the intent, then 5 seems a bit on the low side.
