“I've noticed some motion issues with this television (ghosting/stuttering during fast scenes) and while not as bad as the previous TCL (Q6) tv I tried and then exchanged for this one, I am still noticing it. Is this normal? Cause that's what I'm told”

Adjust motion clarity or turn it off might have to mess with it to get it where you like it.
