Is the Tcl qm8 Gsync Compatible null

NO. Had to return my brand new NVIDIA 4070 Super because of random but frequent screen flickering. Same happened with my older 3060Ti. Do NOT pair this with an NVIDIA card. Had to switch to AMD basically against my will even after trying multiple cables.

Yes this tv works great with Gsync. On Nvidia graphics cards 4k 144hz. But get a good Hdmi cable

No it is only compatible with AMD Freesynch. It does have VRR on HDMI 1 (144hz) and HDMI 2 (120hz). For Gsynch you'll need to move up to the LG OLED.
