“On the back of the tv, how many inches is it between the mounting holes from side to side ?”

• 12” across and 9.25 inches vertically.But there is a ridge 5” below the lower holes and my with universal mounting plate and adjustable mounting support arms did not synchronize with the lower holes. So I could only attach the top two screws. I have a 40” articulated wall mount and so far (1 month) no droop.
