The TV is obviously defective so it depends how long you have had it and if you bought an extended warranty. If you are within the return period or you bought an extended warranty you should contact Best Buy. Otherwise, I would contact TCL.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you bought it within the return period I would contact Bestbuy. Outside of the I would call TCL and see what they suggest as far as servicing. If you bought a protection plan clearly call Best Buy. Hopefully that helps

Please try again later.If you bought the Geek Squad protection plan (a must for large, expensive objects), then just call them and they should either come pick it up, and give you a new one, or they will repair yours. Mechanical Failure is covered, so long as you didnt do the damage yourself. If you didnt get geek squad, the manufacturer warranty is your only choice.
