Yes they can be reversed. The feet wont fit in the groove though, but the screw should still attach. Be careful though, the screw might not be long enough to provide a secure grip to the tv, i suggest going to a hardware store with the screws and ask for a longer screw.

In order to maintain stability and safety, the feet should be attached as instructed. The feet spacing to fit on a stand is 62.3 inches. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
