• You can't toggle. You'll have to go to the home menu, via the remote, and change the input

• yes, it is Roku. you have the option to name and control the tv by turning on your device

• The TCL Roku remote that comes with the TV has the ability to control the TV. To switch inputs you would simply use the Home button to go to the Home screen and then select the input you want to use. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support
