Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought one of these. The picture was indeed beautiful and it worked fine. However, I returned it because it has been listed as a 120Hz TV and when I got it and tried it out, it was definitely 60Hz. I called TCL support and they tried to explain that it was 120Hz TV but I pressed them on the issue of native refresh rate vs processed and they realized I wasn't buying the marketing jargon and admitted it was a 60 Hz panel. $1799.00 is too much to spend on a 60Hz TV so I returned it to Best Buy and notified them of my experience with TCL support and pointed out that the Best Buy website still has the TV listed as 120Hz. Best Buy has since corrected their website to list "120Hz CMI". I don't fault Best Buy for this, Best Buy is great and always does the best for their customers. This is just another bargain rate Chinese company trying to sell their products through deceptive marketing practices hoping the average stupid American won't notice.
