“I just got a 75 inch TCL a week ago... works great but when I turn it on it takes up to 5min ...sometimes longer to turn on unless I unplug it and plug it back in .....is this normal?”

• Our TCL Roku TVs typically boot up relatively quickly. You can also turn of "Fast TV start" which will allow the TV to power on even quicker. To enable "Fast TV start" you would go to Home>Settings>System>Power>Fast TV start>Enable. Hope this helps! Thank you, TCL Customer Support

• I have never had that problem and I have owned the TV since shortly after it came out. I would call TCL because there is definitely something wrong with your set. I would return it to Best Buy if you've only had it that long. That has to be incredibly annoying.
