Depends a lot on how it's mounted; the best connection for the soundbar is via the optical port which you have to physically connect to the TV, it's on the lower right side of the panel as you look at it. With some clever mounting and placement of the soundbar, you could effectively block it unless you had more than about 3 inches of visible wall below the TV once it's mounted. Also, power cable is on the lower left side, and it's all by itself as far as connections go...so there's that to deal with as well. I have mine mounted about three inches above my entertainment center and I can see about an inch worth of the optical and power cables dropping down, that's about it.
