• From what I can read in the Samsung model# m4500 32"tv online manual it should connect to a cable port on you TV. I have a 32" and a 50" Samsung TV and the picture is great. I have nothing between my TV and antenna.

• No, you do not need any type of converter. It connects directly to your TV RF connector. Your TV can receive digital over the air signals.

• I tried an analog to digital converter box because the tv was ten years old. Didn’t work, threw the converter away. Buy a new tv, they are cheap.
