If you have a strong signal coming out of the TV station, you should receive a clear HDTV picture. Weather conditions DO effect the quality of the signal. In Wisconsin where we are at. QUALITY of SIGNAL is weather dependent. A strong rain storm or snow storm will deteriorate signal strength. You should have no problem. If you are only at the location (house) on a part-time basis, this is much cheaper than a direct cable of satellite monthly payment.
