I googled the SKU and it says this is version 2

Please try again later.Great question, by going to square.com or, copy/paste the link here, (https://squareup.com/us/en/hardware/terminal) you will find the current Terminal available. You can also purchase a Square Terminal at Best Buy. These terminals are great devices which can print a receipt for customers and automatically deposit your funds the same day. While this device works best with WiFi, you can make "Offline" sales and upload once you have WiFi again. Hope this helps.
