Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You Should Get An email about redeeming your code through Origin(origin is through EA, a gaming site basically and where your game will be). Once you get the email go to origin, and put in the code. Once the code is in, your able to go to your games and download. It will take a minute. Once it’s downloaded you can play the game through that and don’t need to go to any other site to play.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hey I was having this same issue and there was no email sent from best buy so I went to the origin website itself created an account. After I created that account I went to "my game library" click on the top right corner where it says "+ add a game" and a drop down should appear redeem code. In the redeem code box you put the "key code that's by your game on your BestBuy digital library. Once you enter that your game will appear click the option to confirm, then click option to download then you should be all set. Hope this helps

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sure the instruction link that has been provided in the digital library has broken. You need to install a different application to your laptop called Origin (should be an orange circle like figure, its free so no purchases should be made while downloading the application). After you have downloaded Origin into your laptop you need to either sign in or create an EA account after that has been done, you're going to want to click "Origin" on the top left-hand side and press redeem product code then you put in your keycode you received from the digital library email after purchasing the game.
