You can easily toggle between the 3-minute LED light treatments by pressing the LED button on the right side of the mask. Each press will switch to the next light mode, allowing you to select your desired treatment. Once your desired light mode is selected, simply sit back, relax, and enjoy your 3-minute treatment!
