“When i tilt the device i can hear loose pieces falling inside the body of the device. I've sent it back once already, the device they returned to me has the same issue is this normal? It sounds like there are screws or plastic pieces rolling inside.”

For future readers who find this thread: I just got a Theragun Elite yesterday, and it had this issue. Sounded like a tiny screw rattling around. I returned it and got a new one, which does not have the issue. That tells me that it's not intentional. A device this expensive that is designed to move rapidly shouldn't have loose pieces rattling around inside! If you experience this issue, I recommend returning it for a new one.

I sent a video showing me tilting the device and pieces rattling to three only email theragun has. The tech support person eventually responded and said they were authorized to ship a new device. That one came and didn't have pieces rattling. Good luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, i don’t hear those sounds you’re describing on my theragun elite. The only sound is the percussion/vibrations of the machine. Have uou tried contacting Theragun tech support/customer service? (Not best buy tech). Best of luck to you.
