“Exchanged 2x. First gun showed the LED charge screen, but stayed at 0% whether I used the wall charger or the Wireless Charger. Second gun charges wirelessly, but the wall charger neither shows the LED screen, nor does it add charge. Any advice?”

Return it and get something from a different company. This happened to me and customer support was completely unhelpful. After doing more research, battery failure is a very common problem. I now have a $400 paperweight!
