• Hi There, yes, the Hardwiring Kit is included with the Bundle. The Dash Cam will record constantly, saving each clip with 1-minute. Once the memory card is full, the Dash Cam automatically overwrites the older footage.

• Mine came with the Hardwiring kit. I had to purchase the add-a Circuit fuse taps myself
