Can a Samsung 2in1 laptop 13.3 fit in this case null

IT will hold anything up to around 9" tall x up to 12.5 " wide. A larger item might fit , depending on the curves involved in the shape . The thickness of the item should not matter , due to the way the divider between the compartments are constructed with flexability.

Yea. My 13.3" MacBook Air fits in perfectly with my pad.

Don't know for sure but I bet it does. I have a 13" MacBook Pro and it fits great.
