Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You don't need a new account, but you can't have a current subscription. Even if you cancel your current plan, you'll have to wait for it to actually expire before you can use the activation code.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I canceled my active subscription for this. I waited until the old subscription ran out and then purchased this. I was even able to keep the same user name and password.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just sign up with another e-mail address. If you currently have a Tidal account you can import your playlists etc using one of two apps listed for doing so on Tidal’s website. You cannot import from Tidal to Tidal though, you have to export to Spotify or one of the others and then to your new Tidal account. Involves some finagling but you can do it. It was worth the effort for me. I hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ordered the subscription that was at a reduced rate compared to getting a subscription directly through TIDAL but had to wait until my prior subscription with TIDAL had ended or completed. I then was able to get the reduced rate through Best Buy and I was able to keep my User Info on Tidal. If you wish to keep your previous User Info/Data when you Activate your subscription with Best Buy for TIDAL it will prompt you for a login. I hope this answers your question.
